All RN Mark’s printers uses Xaar piezoelectric technologies. The piezoelectric technology allows drop-on-demand, non-contact printing that introduces high-quality and reduces lead-times. Our innovative technology not only offers high quality prints but also focuses on reliability. All of our products use minimal moving mechanical parts unlike other labeling and coding solutions. This is why we are the smart alternative to Continuous Ink Jet (CIJ) printers.

All RN Mark printers use industry-standard XAAR piezoelectric inkjet technology for high quality “drop-on-demand” printing on a wide variety of surfaces at variable speeds.

Easy to Use Software and Integrated Hardware
User-friendly software and compact LCD touch screen allows quick and easy editing of text, numbers, graphics and barcodes. All systems have integrated USB, RS232 and sensor input ports.
Our systems are capable of non-contact printing on any side, at any angle and in a variety of ink types and colours to allow direct “drop-on-demand” marking of paper products, plastic, glass, metal, wood, textiles, stone and more.
RN Mark’s printers are being sold in 33 countries with an installed base of over 3,150 systems being deployed in a number of companies from automotive to pharmaceutical to food & beverage.
Continuous Ink Jet (CIJ) printers use pressure regulator, pumps and valves to circulate and apply the ink. These components are considered moving mechanical parts that are unreliable and costly to maintain.
RN Mark’s printers use gravity fed negative pressure ink to supply the ink from the cartridge (no pump) to the piezo print head. The piezo simply ejects the ink on a drop-on-demand basis to produce high resolution characters on products. This process uses no moving mechanical parts which simply signify the reliability factor due to lower costs and no downtime periods.
